Hinulawan is the Old name of Toledo City. Four Golden features are ornamented in the Festival namely:
Golden Harvest, Golden Friendship, Golden Treasure and Golden Faith.
The City of Toledo Commemorates its yearly Thanksgiving in honor of its Patron Saint, St. John De Sahagun every 12th day of June, one of the places of interest of the twelve day of celebration is the Hinulawan Festival.
